As a founder, every day I’m balancing different expectations —sponsors, vendors, volunteers, the team, and even the attendees. 很多人以為，舉辦一個大型節日最累的是體力。 其實不是。 最累的是照顧他人情緒。 身為創辦人，每天都在平衡不同人的期待—— 贊助商、攤商、志工、團隊，甚至來參加的遊客。 每個人對節日都有不同的想像與要求，也難免會有不滿的時候。 活動結束後，身體已經很疲憊了。 但工作其實還沒有真正結束。 還要回覆訊息、聽大家的意見、處理問題、安撫情緒， 確保每個人都覺得被尊重、被聽見。 有時候我會開玩笑說，身為創辦人，好像變成了一個情緒的垃圾桶。 很多人的壓力、不滿、焦慮，最後都會倒到你這裡。 所以每次活動結束後，我常常都會想： 也許明年不要再辦了。 但過了一段時間，事情往往會變得不一樣。 有時候走在街上，會有人認出我，問： 「今年還會再辦珍奶節嗎？我們很期待再來。」 想到大家一起舉著珍珠奶茶、在節日裡開心地笑著， 又會提醒自己，為什麼當初一開始要辦這節日。 那一瞬間，會突然覺得—— 辦節日從來不容易， 也許所有的辛苦，其實都是值得的。 —— Eric Yang 加拿大珍珠奶茶節創辦人
