• Relaxed space away from heavy crowd flow

Seating is first-come, first-served.

2. Family Fast Lane Access

• Priority line access at selected participating vendors

• Valid at designated booths only

• Helps reduce wait time for families with children

Fast Lane does not guarantee immediate service.

Check-In Process

All Family VIP Experience guests must check in at the designated VIP Check-In Tent.

Please bring:

• Your QR Code (digital or printed)

• Valid confirmation email

Upon check-in, your family will receive:

• Color-coded VIP wristbands

• Drink tokens

• Goodie bag

Wristbands must be worn at all times to access VIP areas and benefits.

Family VIP Lounge Guidelines

• Shared seating only (not private or reserved tables)

• Recommended seating time: 45–60 minutes during peak hours

• No outside tents or personal shade structures allowed

• No wristband, no entry

Festival staff reserve the right to manage seating during high-demand periods.

Important Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final. No refunds.

• Fast Lane is valid only at participating vendors.

• Complimentary drinks are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

• VIP benefits are valid only on the event date.

• In case of severe weather or force majeure, the event may adjust programming without refund.
