  • How to get to Swangard Stadium?
    Swangard Stadium is located at the corner of Boundary and Kingsway (across the street from Telus). You can get to the Stadium by car, bus or even skytrain (exit from Patterson Station via EXPO Line).
  • Who organize Canada Bubble Tea Festival?
    Canada Bubble Tea Festival is organized by Canadian Community Action and Restorative Empowerment Society, a non-profit organization in 2019.
  • What’s the opening hours?
    For 2024, festival front gate is opened on: July 19th Friday 11:30am to 8pm (gates will be closed at 7pm) July 20th Saturday 11:30am to 8pm (gates will be closed at 7pm) July 21st Sunday 11:30am to 7pm (gates will be closed at 6pm)
  • Can I bring a dog/pet with me?
    For the safety of children and to ensure a comfortable environment with a variety of foods, please note that dogs/pets are not allowed in the stadium during the Bubble Tea Festival, except guide dog. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a secure and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
  • What time for outdoor movies?
    2024 Outdoor movies are available on Friday July 19th: 12pm & 5pm Saturday July 20th: 12pm & 5pm Sunday July 21st: 4pm
  • Why charges admissions?
    The Canada Bubble Tea Festival is a platform for local businesses to promotion their brands. Many businesses have been hit hard after the pandemic. In order to make the festival affordable for business owners, we have significantly reduced the vendor fees. Therefore, admission needs to be charged as subsidies to cover expenses.
  • What is the refund policy?
    All sales are final. No refund no exchange.
  • Where to purchase the tickets?
    Tickets will be available to purchase on our official website and at our partnered physical stores. You can also purchase them by the main entrance gate.
  • What’s the ticket price for children?
    Children 12 years old and under are FREE with an accompanying adult
  • How much is the admission?
    1-day Pass: $9.99 3-day Pass: $14.99 Children age of 12 and under are free with an accompanying adult *subject to GST
  • Can I buy admission tickets by the gate?
    Yes, you can purchase admission tickets by the entrance gate. We accept cash, debit card and major credit cards.
  • Can I come in and out of the event in the same day?
    Yes there is in and out privileges for our passes. There are 1-day Pass and 3-day Pass for you to choose.
  • Is the food included in the admission?
    Food and bubble tea will be sold independently by the vendors which is not included in the admission.
  • Are there any washrooms at the festival?
    Yes, washrooms are available on site.
  • Where can I eat?
    There are many ways to enjoy the food at Canada Bubble Tea Festival. You can sit on the West Grandstand or the tables and chairs we provided. You can also picnic on the grass area, feel free to bring your own blanket, stools and parasol if you prefer.
  • Is wifi available at Swangard Stadium
    Yes wifi is available for event goers to use.
  • Do I need to pay for parking?
    There are approximately 250 parking stalls around the stadium which are for visitors to use for free. There are also free street parking across Boundary road (Vancouver side). No limit on Friday after 6pm or weekends. Please double check the street sign before you leave the car. You can also park on the street with parking meter along Kingsway & Patterson. There will be high volumes of traffic upon the festival. We highly recommend taking public transportation or carpooling.
