Canada Bubble Tea Festival
The Canada Bubble Tea Festival is Canada’s largest dedicated bubble tea festival and one of the most recognized bubble tea events in North America.
Founded in 2022 by Eric Yang, the festival brings together bubble tea brands, cultural experiences, and community celebration in Metro Vancouver.
Over the past four years, the festival has welcomed more than 80,000 visitors, becoming a major platform celebrating bubble tea culture.

2026 Press Conference
The official 2026 Canada Bubble Tea Festival Press Conference will take place on April 30 at Swangard Stadium in Burnaby, British Columbia.
The event will bring together media, government representatives, sponsors, and community partners to announce the upcoming festival season and new initiatives for 2026.
Canada Bubble Tea Awards Launch
The Canada Bubble Tea Awards will debut as a national recognition program celebrating excellence in bubble tea innovation, craftsmanship, and brand creativity.
Bubble tea brands from across Canada will have the opportunity to participate in the inaugural competition.
Boba Cheers Challenge - Guinness World Record Attempt
The 2026 festival will introduce the Boba Cheers Challenge, a large-scale community activity where thousands of attendees raise their bubble tea together in celebration.
The initiative aims to create the largest bubble tea cheers moment ever recorded, highlighting the global popularity of bubble tea culture.
