About the Challenge

We’re inviting bubble tea lovers across the city to come together for one unforgettable moment.

At this year’s Canada Bubble Tea Festival, we’re aiming to gather 1,000+ participants for the World’s Largest Bubble Tea Toast.

Before the toast begins, participants will take part in a brand-new festival ritual:

🧋 The Pop the Straw Ceremony

On the countdown, everyone will pop their straw through the bubble tea seal at the same moment, followed by a massive city-wide cheer.

Thousands of cups. One synchronized moment.

This is not a competition.

There are no winners or losers.

Just a powerful shared experience celebrating bubble tea culture, community, and creativity.

Our goal is simple:

To make Vancouver known as the home of the world’s largest bubble tea celebration.

How It Works

1. Register for free on this page

2. Visit the Canada Bubble Tea Festival on event day

3. Grab a bubble tea from any participating vendor

4. Join the main stage / grandstand area at the scheduled time

5. Take part in the Pop the Straw Ceremony

6. Raise your cup in the World’s Largest Bubble Tea Toast

📸 The moment will be filmed and photographed for festival highlights.

Why Register?

By registering, you will:

• Help us estimate participation numbers

Registration does not guarantee a reserved spot.

Only participants with a bubble tea in hand at the scheduled time will be counted in the final cheer.
