If you’ve been following the Canada Bubble Tea Festival from the beginning,
you’ll know that the past five years have been a continuous process of experimentation and growth.
From the very first edition, we’ve been asking ourselves the same question:
What can a bubble tea festival become?
At the start, it was simply about bringing people together to enjoy bubble tea.
But over time, we began to notice something more interesting happening.
This festival might not just be about drinks.
It has the potential to become a cultural platform.
So over the past few years, we’ve focused on one thing:
continuously testing the possibilities of what this festival could be.
And this year — the 5th edition —
marks an important turning point for us.
Because we’ve started asking a bigger question:
What if this isn’t just an event, but something that can grow into a long-term IP?
Not just something that exists for a single day,
but a brand with culture, community, and stories.
A festival that can extend across different cities and cultures.
That’s why this year, we’re exploring new directions.
Things we’ve never done before.
We can’t reveal too much yet,
but if everything comes together,
this year could mark the beginning of Canada Bubble Tea Festival evolving
from an event… into an IP.
Many things begin to change in a single year.
We don’t know how far this will go,
but we do know this:
This year is a new starting point.
And we’re stepping onto a much bigger stage.
